After that we will ask you to send us an e-mail. If we are not busy on a guided tour, we will be recheable on the phone and reply to e-mails from 9 to 17 (Denmark time zone GMT+2) from Monday to Friday. We are also open to agree in advance on a specific time for a telephone call that fits your schedule upon request.
We will give further information about how to be in touch in case of emergency to those who book a guided tour and/or other services with us.
Please keep in mind that there are times during the year during which the agency is closed for holidays. In this case, you will be notified through an automatic responde when contacting us by e-mail.
